RETURNS

If for any reason, you need to return any Krio + Color item that has been purchased through www.kriocolor.com please email info@kriocolor.com to receive a Returns Form and a RMA # (returns number)

We will refund your item (excluding the shipping) or exchange for a different color or size, only if the following conditions are met:

• Items must be returned within 15 days from the original purchase date.
• All items must be unused, in a resaleable condition with ALL tags attached, for a return to be accepted.
• Hygiene panty liner sticker must be in tact with no signs of being removed – this is a very important hygiene requirement
• The Returns form must be filled out with the RMA # and returned with the items.
• The cost of delivery for returns is not covered by Krio + Color but we will cover the cost of delivering your replacement goods.
• Returns will be handled as soon as possible upon their arrival in our warehouse, this may take up to 10 business days. Credit card refunds will appear on your next billing cycle.
• If you return an items without an RMA # or without meeting the above conditions, Krio + Color will not honor the exchange.
• You have 2 weeks to pay for the item to be returned or item will be disposed of by Krio + Color.
• Krio + Color will not be responsible for the cost of returning items that do not meet the conditions above.
